By placing an order, booking a seat, or enrolling in any of our workshops, you confirm that:

● You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering

All prices for our coaching, workshops, and services are clearly listed on our Site or promotional materials.

● Prices may be updated at any time, but the fee applicable to your order will be the one listed at the time of purchase.

● Prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as stated

If You wish to place an Order for Products available on the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Order including, without limitation, To register for workshops or coaching, you may be required to provide:

● Full Name

● Email Address

● Phone Number

● Payment details (if applicable)

You agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

You represent and warrant that:
(i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or any other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that
(ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order..

Payment is required at the time of registration.

● Accepted methods: Debit/Credit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and recognized payment

gateways (e.g., PayPal, Razorpay, Cash free, PhonePe, PayU etc).

● By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use that payment

method.

● Failed or unauthorized transactions may result in cancellation of your booking.

For online workshops or coaching, access details will be sent to your registered

email/WhatsApp before the session.

● For offline workshops, venue details will be clearly communicated.

● Risk of missed participation lies with you if incorrect contact details are provided.

All workshop content, recordings, materials, stories, frameworks, and coaching tools are

the intellectual property of Listening Ears Stories and Anupa Shubhranshu.

● You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any course/workshop material without

written consent.

● Recordings of sessions may be used internally for quality, training, or promotional

purposes with participant consent.

Workshop fees are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled by us.

● If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us 24

hours before the workshop.

● For coaching packages, refund policies will be stated separately in agreements.

We may update or revise these Terms at any time.

● Material changes will be notified via email or on the Site at least 30 days prior.

● Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Term
